Enterprise delivery discipline.
Startup speed and economics.

For 30 years I've turned emerging technology into products people actually use. Today I run teams of AI agents to deliver complete, working systems — properly tested, fully documented, end to end — for companies that could never afford enterprise-grade delivery before.

How I can help

Find the version of working together that fits where you are.

01

You have an idea and need to see it real

I take "I’ve been describing this for months" and turn it into a working prototype you can put in front of users — fast, and complete enough to actually test.

02

You bought a platform and it doesn’t fit

Salesforce, Guesty, whatever it is — I build the gap-filling tools that make software you already own work the way your business actually runs.

03

You need senior judgment, not a full-time exec

Fractional CTO / head of product. The scoping, trade-offs, and hard calls that come from 30 years of shipping — without the senior-hire salary.

04

You’re building something and want a real partner

For the right people and the right idea, co-founder-level involvement — expertise and the hands to actually build it.

What this looks like in practice

I eat my own cooking — and I’ve done it for others.

My products

ShuttleWorks + EventureMap

A connected toolkit for events and destinations — built and run by me.

ShuttleWorks moves people: branded shuttle service with native driver apps and real-time tracking. EventureMap engages them once they arrive — and that’s where it’s gotten interesting. It’s evolved into an interactive campaign platform: Best-Of voting, digital passports, scavenger hunts, prize wheels — gamified, location-based experiences that drive real foot traffic. What I’m proudest of is how it evolves: customer interest steers the roadmap. I watch what people actually engage with and let real demand drive what I build next — the same evidence-first instinct I bring to client work.

Consulting

Filling the gaps in Guesty for a vacation-rental agency

Custom tools that made an off-the-shelf platform fit how the business really runs.

The agency ran on Guesty, but Guesty left real operational holes. I built the production tools that closed them — owner reporting, checkout approvals, maintenance and inspection tracking, onboarding checklists — systems the team uses every day. The point: I take a platform you’ve already bought and make it actually fit your operation.

Consulting

A bespoke operations platform for Dissertation Editor

A two-sided system that runs an unusual business end to end.

A live production platform connecting clients with a network of 40+ editors — booking, scheduling, an editor job board, magic-link sign-in, and project workflow, all kept in sync with their existing CRM. Proof I can model a genuinely unusual business and ship something the whole team runs on daily.

Partnership

Newkirklytics + Elevate

Building technology that helps an underrepresented local business community grow.

Newkirklytics is building “the operating system for the Neighborhood Economy” — making overlooked and informal local economies visible and investable so the businesses inside them can reach capital and opportunity. I contribute expertise and technology to the mission. Right now I’m helping design and build their business-network toolkit, working hand-in-hand with Elevate, a bilingual business network here in Wilmington — its founding partner, defining what the platform needs to do for real businesses on the ground.

Why my delivery is different

The agents do the execution. My judgment steers it.

I build the test plan first

Agents generate coverage that exercises every path through a UI or flow — then execute it, iterate, and don’t stop until it genuinely works.

The same process writes the docs

Once it works, that same machinery produces user guides — tailored to different audiences, with real screenshots pulled straight from the running system.

I make the calls a machine can’t

Scoping, trade-offs, the judgment questions, the “should we even do it this way.” That’s 30 years of enterprise delivery, and it’s why the output holds up in production.

Prototype to production

Something to test an idea this week, or a system you can run a business on — delivered iteratively, end to end.

The result: real test coverage, real documentation, real screenshots — the parts every other shop quietly cuts. Tested, documented, end to end.

Background

Three platform shifts. Same playbook.

Catch the wave early, turn it into products people buy. I've done it through desktop and mobile, through cloud and SaaS, and I'm doing it now with AI.

1991–2006

DataViz · Director, Product Group

Built and shipped desktop and early-mobile software — Palm, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile — back when smartphone software barely existed.

2012–2020

Silverline · VP, Products & Solutions

Led product through the cloud/SaaS wave. Built the CalendarAnything AppExchange product into multi-million-dollar recurring revenue at 80%+ renewal.

2020–2024

Paladin Group → OSF Digital · Solution Engineer

The translator — making complex platforms legible and desirable to enterprise buyers across retail, high-tech, and healthcare.

2024—now

Founder + AI-accelerated delivery

Fog Solutions (agentic AI app dev), ShuttleWorks (founder), and a portfolio of shipped products. The same playbook, a third time — early, hands-on, product-first.
